WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Steadystrike LLC.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Steadystrike LLC ("the Products").

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE
1.1 The Company warrants that the product(s) manufactured, sold, and delivered by Steadystrike LLC to the Customer ("the Products") shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship, conform to applicable specifications, and perform in accordance with the product documentation under normal usage.
1.2 For Stands, Tubes are covered for a period of 60 months from the date of delivery to the Customer ("the Warranty Period").
1.3 For Stands, all other components/manufacturing (e.g., welds) are covered for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to the Customer ("the Warranty Period").
1.4 For other merchandise sold, material or manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days. See Return Policy for details.

2. REMEDY
2.1 In the event of a breach of the Warranty, Steadystrike LLC shall, at its sole option and expense, repair or replace the defective part or refund the purchase price, if the part cannot be repaired or replaced. Such remedy shall be the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
3.1 The Warranty does not cover:
  • Cosmetic issues on Stands, such as scratches.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by operating the Product outside the Steadystrike LLC’s published guidelines (see Owner’s Manual).
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.

4. CLAIM PROCEDURE
4.1 The Customer must notify the Company in writing within 10 days of the discovery of any claimed defect, specifying the nature of the claimed defect. The Customer must return the alleged defective product to the Company at its own cost for inspection. Please see Return Policy for details.

5. DATA PRIVACY
5.1 The Company and the Customer agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations relating to data protection. Both parties shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 The aggregate liability of the Company, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Products. In no event shall the Company be liable for any loss of use, loss of data, interruption of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Each party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
8.1 This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any previous communication or agreements that may exist. If Steadystrike LLC is sold or ceases to exist, the warranty may be void.
